By the time these letters-congratulations arrive at your hands, we will have gotten closer, again and a year, to "Bethlehem" and discover that Bethlehem is a joyous revelation of LOVE that descends and unites its fate with ours, is a revelation of hope, human adventure full of hope (2Cor.8,9), and it is revelation from a cave and in a manger. Today, as does 2022 years old, the evangelical text of Luke becomes current (2,8-20), whose words express all the strength of CHRISTMAS. Intuit from faith that God is at the heart of our existence and at the bottom of our human history, sharing our problems and aspirations, the darkness of the night so urgent due to so many nocturnal "attacks" that endanger the dignity and peace of the human being, forgetting that it is the property of the Creator, and the clarity of the day alerted by the certainty that God is on our side.
The presence of Emmanuel breaks all the fears of our way because we are not alone. He pilgrimage by our side, the important thing is to recognize his company from humility and prayer. Let us pray for that coming to happen every year and every day, so that we can say: „I live, but not me; It is Christ who lives in me" that in the face of the many questions and desires that the new year poses for us 2023, a deep and provocative desire for renewal and deep hope arise in us, to be able to experience the glorious second coming of Emmanuel. Each year that is offered to us is a time open to new possibilities, a time of grace and salvation in which we are invited to live in a new way and without acquired routines. These difficult times call for authentic men and women, stout and bold believers of the present hour, always discovering new horizons that God offers us, without fears or fears of any human structure, political or social that threaten the beautiful Creation of God who has made us for life and not for death, we always count on his presence as he did in Paradise with Adam and Eve.
That this year, like so many, be a time of grace and space to make the Gospel a reality. VIGIL IMMACULATE CONCEPTION OF MARY

Dear Brothers and Sisters: This letter reaches your hands at the beginning of Advent, and with it, The Christian Year. This season of Advent that the Church proposes to our meditation is a privileged time to reflect on what we are experiencing, to listen and understand what the Lord expects of us.
It is a pressing time to learn to discern the presence of God in the midst of our history, so hectic and stormy in every field. A story of bewilderment and bewilderment in the face of a crisis that demands a moral regeneration and a commitment to practice of the unique and great values of ethics.: Honesty, good conscience, solidarity, truth and peace. Christ, calls us to remain faithful and bold in our workplace and bear witness.

That year Christian, the urgency of Advent, and the joy of Christmas "today", be a reason to review all the illusions and firm hopes that should move our lives as baptized, in the difficult spaces and times that we have to live. That from the beautiful image of the shepherds of Bethlehem, We learn to let fears, Apathy, tensions and confrontations, so that overcoming the "cold" of this historic time, studded possibilities and threatened by serious difficulties, we can meet the Born and return to our world telling what we have seen and heard, with the profound conviction that the civilization of love began in Bethlehem and continues in the Galilee of our history (Lc 2, 8-20).
